All bookings need to be confirmed over the telephone as the website purely offers a search facility - to ensure the holiday suits your requirements one of sales team will confirm your booking & take payment over the telephone.

Credit and Debit cards

We accept Maestro, Delta, MasterCard and Visa cards.  If payment is by credit card a 2.5% credit card charge & 50p  debit card charge is applicable on each payment.


Other Payment Options

We also accept Compliments Vouchers and Compliments Cards for all of the travel products we sell - let us find your ideal holiday for you or alternatively browse the site for ideas then call us to book.

If you are using Compliments Vouchers tell the sales consultant how much you wish to pay using Compliments Vouchers then send your vouchers by special delivery* mail to:

Compliments Vouchers need to be received by Sandy Lane Travel within 3 working days from booking your holiday or travel arrangements

Within 21 days of receipt of your vouchers we will send you a booking confirmation and notification of any balance due.  For travel within 14 weeks, full payment by card is required at the time of booking.  Your card will be credited upon redemption of your Compliments Vouchers.

*Please send your Compliments Vouchers via a secure means as Edenred Travel cannot accept responsibilty for vouchers lost in the post, and for added security please remove the stub on the left hand side of the voucher and keep for your records.


Compliments Passport travel voucher

Compliments Passport travel vouchers can be used to book travel arrangements of your choice.
